At CARTISTIQ we are committed to delivering a smooth and secure shopping experience for all our customers. We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method, ensuring you pay only when your order arrives at your doorstep.

We provide reliable shipping for all COD orders within Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: Usually delivered within 5–7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Typically arrives within 2–3 business days (subject to location and availability).

Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary due to factors such as weather, public holidays, or courier service disruptions.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery destination of your order. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. You can use the provided tracking number to follow your package in real time.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item due to our error, we will gladly exchange it for the correct item at no additional cost.

  • Send photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item via email.

  • Once verified, we will arrange the return and exchange process free of charge.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we aim to ensure timely deliveries, CARTISTIQ is not liable for delays or lost packages caused by external factors such as courier issues, weather disruptions, or unforeseen delays.

If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. CARTISTIQ is not responsible for delayed, lost, or misrouted shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If you spot an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at cartistiq@gmail.com to update your address.
