Return & Exchange Policy

What is your policy for returns or exchanges?

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

  • The product(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags, labels, and protective coverings.

  • The item received is not what you ordered.

Note: Clearance or final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval.

How do I apply for a return?

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing cartistiq@gmail.com or calling 0347 0284491.

  • Provide photographic evidence of the defective or incorrect item.

  • Each case is reviewed individually to ensure fair handling.

If the product is defective or an error was made on our end, we’ll replace the item.
If the return is approved:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

  • A replacement charge of Rs.350 may apply.

  • If the issue is due to a defect or mistake from our side, we will reimburse the delivery cost via bank transfer.

When will my return be processed?

We aim to process returns within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item. During peak times (e.g., sales), processing may take up to 14 working days.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, refunds are issued if:

  • The product is damaged or defective, or

  • The product received does not match your order due to our packing error.

Please note:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the return is approved.

Sale & Discounted Products

Items purchased on sale or with discounts can only be exchanged if the wrong item was delivered due to a mistake by our team.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The request is made after 7 days of delivery.

  • The product has been used, damaged, or tampered with.

  • The item is a clearance or final sale item.
